Breakfast was satisfactory, comfy bed. 15 min drive from prescott park. We got an upgrade to a king room. We greatly enjoyed it and we would like to stay there on the next trip...

It was a great hotel in Portsmouth at good prices. We enjoyed staying in the property, the breakfast was complimentary.

We always enjoy our stay Breakfast is great.
Need firmer pillows way too soft Room refrigerator could have Used a freezer couch was hard Maybe add a chair near the window
-
The women who checked us in was so friendly!!!!
-
Office chair was a piece of junk - should be replaced. Eggs in the breakfast bar left lot to be desired - there were some sort of premade probably frozen things.
-
Front desk staff very welcoming upon arrival and free shuttle to downtown was an added plus. We will definitely stay here again!
-
When I am in Portsmouth again, I will stay at the Fairfield...

The staff was FABULOUS! SO HELPFUL AND ACCOMMADATING.
AWAY FROM DOWNTOWN WAS BOTH A PLUS (IT WAS QUIETER), BUT ALSO A MINUS (FAR AWAY WITH HORRIBLE DOWNTOWN PARKING.) tHE BEST PART WAS THE SHUTTLE TO GET US TO OUR CONFERENCE EACH DAY, AND THEN A PICK UP AT THE END OF THE DAY.
-
We are always treated very well The staff are friendly and answer Any questions it's very quiet

Every hotel has thin walls however these walls are exceptionally thin. Middle of the night sleep was interrupted by the sound of the neighboring rooms urination. We could also hear the neighbors shower and all of the sounds of sex throughout the night. The room was average size and normal setup. However the refridgerator was noisy and had to unplugged. Bed was equivalent to a box of old springs. The worst part of the room was the mold in the shower! Would not reccomend this location especially for the price.
